My one day off turned into a few more than that, but I made it out for my second run in months today. Granted, it was only to Astrid's daycare, so again only 2.5km. But my pace time was faster (6'45"), and I wasn't tired when I got there. Go me!
Glad to see that Jenn and Lisa are continuing to do their thing, and that Sarah is back to enjoying running (albeit on the dreadmill). What about the rest of you? Hopefully Katie's having fun running in the Beach, and the others are getting out too!
