The air has been so heavy, lately, resulting in lots of headaches for me. This morning was no exception and so, instead of joining the running room 8:30 am run, I took my meds and went back to bed. Unable to sleep, I decided to put on my shoes and do a half hour around the canal. It looked cold outside, so I put on my 3/4 length sleeve shirt and went. It was hot and humid and my legs felt like lead. I think I managed about 3 km or so. It felt as though I was running through molasses...what I wouldn't have done for an air-conditioned gym! Anyway, I called Krisi after, as we had plans to meet up for breakfast, and she was, as always, a great cheerleader. She reminded me that I had gone running with a migraine on a humid Sunday morning, which was better than just lying in bed. She's right. I did.
Tomorrow will be better!

Good for you for going out Jenn, regardless of all the obstacles!
That is some serious commitment and determination.
