Rain, rain go away!

Aaaargghh! I am a bit frustrated...I wanted to run yesterday and today, but had only a small window of opportunity in the early am. I didn't wake up early enough either day, and it was raining, which decreased my motivation. But I have run club tomorrow night and tonight I am going to kickboxng and yoga. If anyone is interested in doing some crosstraining, there is a promotion / challenge at my gym for the month of October: http://www.studiobreathe.com/membership/october2.asp
I also started my diet delivery today, and so far it has been yummy and filling.

Hopefully, by the time the race day arrives i will be lighter and faster!
Looking forward to running with all of you, and celebrating after!

Rainy days can make for great training days. Without a hot sun beating down, you sweat less; and the moisture from the rain helps hydrate you and keep you feeling refreshed!

Remember, there is no such thing as a bad day to run! Running in all weather conditions will make you a strong runner and train you for whatever Mother Nature has in-store for you on race day.
